How do i put images in a post, instead of by attachment?

Well, first it must be hosted somewhere on the web, then you can use the image tags for BBcode to make it appear where you want them, it is achieved by using {img}the image address here{/img} with [] in the palce of the {}.

No big deal, there is also an image option on the full post screen where you can get the tags directly by clicking on a button, then just add the address. Smiley

So i got that.

Is there an image size constraint? Because I can't seem to change the size. It always reverts to 300x240.

not sure, never actually worried about that. but I think there isn't a way to set that particular size no. use imageshack though, they give you full links as well.

I tried changing the numbers. Then when i save the changes they revert back

Are you using the quick edit, by any chance? It had some problems a while back, and I just used the normal reply/edit box to have it around.

notice that the enlraged avatar you posted is only 300x200... try enlarging it further...
