Mn18: Honor & Shadow unveiled and Grimm RPG to be released this year!

We managed to slip through the high security FFG employs around their release schedule and the Midnight line to finally release some first hand news to you guys, behold the next book in the Midnight line, Honor & Shadow, the long awaited Dorn supplement for the award winning setting we love so much.

Welcome to Midnight! A hundred years have passed since the Shadow in the North triumphed over the free nations of Aryth. The dark one’s corrupt lieutenants, the Night Kings, rule with an iron fist over ruined cities and shattered empires. The dwarves of Kaladrun have retreated into their mountain holdfasts, and the elves of Erethor have withdrawn into the heart of their vast and ancient forest. Twisted, incorporeal spirits known as sniffers hunt down the last true masters of magic, and the Shadow’s dark and secretive priesthood, the legates of the Order of Shadow, seek out elven spies, dwarven insurgents, and the few brave heroes who stand defiant against the fall of night.

Join the noble and warlike Dorns of the north in Honor and Shadow. Although their kingdoms have fallen to the Shadow, the Dorns have not forgotten their proud heritage, and they have not forgotten honor.

Umm, aren't those called astiraxes? Sniffers are a goblin offshoot. Those FFG guys are so darn wacky.

August release date...so that means we'll see it in, what, November? :-)

Actually I think this one might be spot on, as this means Gen Con as well, and I think that is a good place for releases sales-wise.

That'd be cool.  Maybe they've anticipated the inevitable delays this time and figured them into the date.  I hope so.  The title itself was predictable .
