Necromantic Conflux

Does anyone know anything about the Necromantic Conclux that is at or near Cambrial?

Aside from the fact that it is both the seat of power for Sanulael and has the largest concentration of the most powerful undead that also keeps them from withering away.  Other than that it isn't really any different from most other confluxes.

[Doomed Hero]

Other confluxes seem to be accidental in nature, simply products of circumstance. Cambriel was purposefully created. In that way it is unique.

Don't know if that means anything to you, but it might be worth exploring the ideas of how it might have been created.
