The old "Nazgūl" Night Kings:
Human-fighter
Human-Cleric
Elf Mage
Draconid.

update:
Elf bardess
Dwarf-Cleric (blacksmith)
Halfgigant-fighter
Human-magician
Halfling-thief

Main idea:I want to change the story of Izra, making it more like Sauron, giving to great pesons powerful and seductive, but spoiling the owners gift.

Elf bardess (key word - charming, betrayal temptress, style Evil Queen of Snow white )
Izardor gave her a magic mirror of Vanity, which gives +20 to CHa but changes alignment to LE.

She was the first among the great heroes that have fallen to the side of the Shadow, and tend to her side many other great heroes.
For now she is owner of a very high charisma, skill 'Diplomacy + bluff+ intimideyt " and charm-like abilities.
Interesting in that it considers torture foolish and ineffective.
Currently, most prisoners of heroes and partisans are not  tortured and transported to it - where most of them unable to resist her the propaganda and charm skills, betray foces of moves to the side of the Shadow.

Dwarf-Cleric (smith) (key words - the smither of powerful but cursed things, spoiling its owner in the style of the Ring)
Dwarves are native bonuses to Int and Wis, so many of the legendary clergy is dwarves.
One of the greatest clergy of Arit was a priest of Morradin, blacksmith at the same time (this profession is sacred among the clergy of Morradin).
In the blessing flame of the Morradin, he forged the magical things of great power.
He was the first who began to handle the bardess, thanks to the great wisdom cleric long resisted, but finally could not resist.
He created invert "Blessed smith-flame of Morradin" - a fountain of infernal fire "Unblessing smith-flame of Izrador".
Things got hardened to it have enormous power, but eventually change alignment ofl owners to evil.

Halgigant-Fighter (inspired by Sven of "DotA").
Warrior of legendary strength and prowess, the greatest hero of the forces of good, which destroyed a lot of monsters and servants of the Shadow.
Bardess and evil blacksmith decided to try the cursed things on it and forged it "mace of destruction of-splash" - something like it in Sauron's early trilogy Jackson.
Mace makes an impact blast wave ("splash") hit enemies in a very large radius.
With the help of an army soldier crushed the orcs, but an evil force gradually undermined his mind, and he moved into the shadows

Human-mage (key word - Saruman Wink )
One of the most memorable moments in the film trilogy Jackson - Uruk (orcs created Saruman by magic), especially the Uruk-berserker with a torch.
It was he who invented spell, was cloned orcs using mirrors

Halfling-Rogue
the idea is simple - dnds thieves valuable precisely because of its ability to spy.
Although the value is lost to give the party a crystal ball or "clairvoyance."
But here there is a problem - if the guerrillas can find legates with crystal ball or "clairvoyance", they are quickly destroyed by the servants of the shadows.
Whereupon balancing so - elf queen Galadriel Arandil, protects its magic rebels from detecting  magic.
So the servants of the Shadow  are forced to seek rebels manually.
However, the orcs  good as a brute force, but the Sherlock Holmes of them are bad
Because Izrador managed to entice another legendary hero Arit - halfling-rogue. Which created a network of subordinate rogue (goblins and halfiling traitors). Their purpose is to spy on guerrillas, if lucky - sabotage (burn anything important) or assasin (kill in a dream someone from Heroes)

I dont know. I think it take away from the Xenophobic aesthetic of the setting. Most people have no idea there is even an elf working for the shadow much less him as a night king.

I'm content with the current night kings. I thought the rework thread was going to be about updating/fixing the stat blocks presented in Legends of Shadow.

That having been said, if the proposed rework will enhance your campaign and your players' enjoyment of it, then by all means, go for it. I'm sure some other GMs on these boards will take an interest in your work.

Show me what you're doing and I can give you a mechanical critique.

Are you planning on statting them, or are you going to leave it ambiguous?

My friends and I spent a few test games based on these ideas.
Their opinion is very curious.
Fallen fighter they seemed very much like Nightmare from Soul calibur
Corrupted elven bardess seemed to him very similar to a standard pair of "good brother - a bad brother." I liked the idea and I decided that elvish bardess is a bad sister of Arandil
