Humans

Brother Donovan, a Witch Taker, responsible for the destruction of Hornblower's Hill. Wears a fine black coat and a wide-brimmed black hat on his shaved head. Smiles a lot and has a pleasant, mellow voice. Bodycast as Jason Statham

Zane, a traitor to the Keepers of the Keys, now one of Donovan's crew. Thin and wiry. Dresses fasionably in the manor of a duelist of the sarcosan courts and carries an unadorned thick, curved sword of blackened metal. Keeps his hair short and has a neatly trimmed goatee. Bodycast as Crispin Glover

The Fleshcrafter, Lord Skinner, ruling legate of Swift Water. Rose from the ranks of the Umbral Catholicon. One of the highest ranking members of the Catholicon in the world, he keeps an impressive pre-war mansion outside the town of Swift Water lightly staffed with servants and with a small garrison of personal guard, mostly Sarcosan, all under the direction of Skinner's personal assistant Hans. Skinner's compound is fenced in, patrolled and home to a large kennel as well as an attached church. Beneath the house is a large prison-like basement full of terrible creatures locked in cells. Bodycast as Jude Law

Jael, calm and icy legate in command of the pass near Kurgan Falls. Dresses in black leathers and cloak with no distinguishing marks. Carries an undecorated longsword. Seems to have some connection to Agent Kael. Bodycast as Christopher Lambert

Legends

Gorse, the Hunter of the Hidden, Helrion's Hound, The Butcher of the Spire. Said to dress like a vagrant or a refugee, in Baden's Bluff none are ever certain if the panhandler on the street is simply a mongrel, or if they are one of the most dangerous people ever to walk the world. He is said to be able to sense a person's loyalties, that he cannot be harmed by steel, that he can kill with a touch, break stone in his grip, and track a person by the sound of their heartbeat from half a district away.

Maleficarum, the Witch Hammer. The greatest of all Witch Takers. Said to ride a black horse with burning eyes and slay with a gesture. Legends say he is heralded by crows and can see through their eyes. Stories also say the tattoos on his skin dance and shift becoming letters which curse those who have broken the laws against learning to read. He is the tale that parents tell their children about the consequences of the blasphemy of witchcraft.

Orcs

Kahv, Feral Mother Oruk. Wears little armor and carries a massive two-handed vardatch chained to his arm. Seems abnormally intelligent for his kind and has a slightly odd dark purplish tint to his skin. First seen commanding a fist of orcish light infantry near Durgis Rock.

ORCS- Continued:

Sardric: A unique Orc among his kind. Sardric is rational, subdued, and not overtly aggressive. Although a Blood-mother orc, obviously not typical of his race. Sardric was originally sent to the Central Kaladruns to fight. But while he was smart enough and eager enough to test himself, he was not tough enough to live long. Afterward he was sent to Central Erenland to further strengthen himself and his resolve. There he served for a time, until he was sent to replace an Orc sergeant who had been killed by Halfling insurgents and placed with a Slaver group of Poison Spear Orcs. It was there his sensibilities as a proud warrior fighting against strong and resilient enemies were tarnished by the senseless and cruel murder of those who could only barely resist.

He speaks of being honorable, but may have gone mad during his days of sun exposure. He occasionally talks of voices whispering mad rantings that few of his brethren would suffer for any length of time.
