Asmadar Minotaurs

In M2e pg 333 there are several lines about minotaurs on Asmadar and the halfling legends about them. Are they mentioned anywhere else? My players are 16th level and they are preparing harbor for the return of Miransil fleet. Three of them just died in a confrontation with the recurring villain, and one of them wants to be reincarnated as minotaur.

The thread linked here has my take on Minotaurs in Midnight. As for their presence on Asmadar, and easy way to nix your player's ability to become one is to tell them that they are not natural creatures in Midnight.

Asmadar is purposefully left vague. What you've read is about all there is. It's entirely up to you if there are minotaurs there and if so, if they are natural. Me, I tend to go with the classic inspirations, and assume monsters like that are decidedly unnatural , and I like to play to the original myths. In my game Minotaurs are found with Labyrinths and like to eat people.
