It should be available, I haven't locked it out, check the frontpage rightside bar or your profile under look and layout preferences.

I'm guessing it's just another CSS style sheet to choose from?

I'm a newb web designer myself who is just getting back into the game. When I was last making sites it was all slices and tables and now it's all about CSS

Not really, it has a very different look and layout, from css to images, though it is a bit odd in the latest version sof the software we use, it was not a fully completed theme but it is good enough. Dain, from here, is the author.

I want to make ourselves two new themes with just css changes to rotate between the color and banner, but have no skills for that, and right now I can't commit the money to it, but I plan to.

Well the other themes magins need correcting, too much information to cram in a single column. Other then that I liked it.

I tried but could not find how to fix the margin, and it was the main reason I never considered it ready for use for the users, Dain made an awesome job, the theme only needed some polishing.
